Set inside the world’s largest robot-building facility, which has expanded to the size of a major city, the game follows three heroes recruited by special forces to investigate after contact is lost with the artificial intelligence controlling the installation. Their mission is to infiltrate the sprawling complex and eliminate its rogue robot population.

Players will face relentless waves of AI-controlled machines, take on enormous mechanical bosses, and unleash destruction throughout the facility. Walls, structures, and surrounding environments can all be torn apart, with advanced physics simulation allowing entire areas to collapse during combat.

PETAFAB: Bot Invasion also features custom-built engine technology designed to support its large-scale destruction. Distance-field ray tracing, mesh shaders, and advanced fluid and matter simulation help bring the game’s chaotic battles and destructible environments to life. The developer is also targeting smooth, high-resolution gameplay across Windows and Apple Silicon Macs.

Aaltonen says the team is looking forward to seeing how players use the destructible environments to create memorable moments, with the goal of making every firefight feel different through fast-paced action and widespread destruction.

PETAFAB: Bot Invasion launches on Steam for PC and macOS on November 6, 2026.
