NGJ Corporation and developer iDiOSLAB have announced that Delve Survivors will officially launch on Steam on November 12, 2026, followed by Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 on January 21, 2027. The Steam release will be the full Version 1.0, featuring nine main dungeons, expanded skills and equipment, and a 100-floor endgame dungeon known as The Abyss.

Players will descend into dangerous underground environments where tactical positioning and careful planning are essential to surviving encounters with increasingly overwhelming enemy hordes. Inspired by classic roguelikes such as Rogue, Angband, and Tales of Maj’Eyal, Delve Survivors also incorporates elements from modern Survivors-like games including Vampire Survivors, Death Must Die, Halls of Torment, and Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor.
A key mechanic is that time only advances when the player moves. Every step can affect enemy positioning and the flow of combat, requiring players to plan their routes, prepare for incoming threats, and make careful decisions as they descend deeper into the dungeon. Attacks, skills, summons, and status effects can be combined to deal with large groups of enemies.

Character progression is built around collecting and customizing equipment, with Magic, Rare, Legendary, and Unique gear available throughout the adventure. Players can upgrade and combine their equipment to create increasingly powerful builds suited to their preferred approach.

Delve Survivors also offers three different game modes: Casual, Roguelike, and Hardcore. These provide different levels of progression and challenge, ranging from a more forgiving experience to runs where a single mistake can mean starting over. The game is designed around 15- to 30-minute runs, giving its traditional dungeon-crawling mechanics a faster pace while retaining the exploration, strategy, and character-building elements of classic roguelikes.
