Publisher Mystic Forge, game designer Rami Ismail (Nuclear Throne, Ridiculous Fishing), and co-developers Aesthetician Labs and Dreams Uncorporated have announced that Australia Did It: End-of-the-World Railway Defense Business launches November 10 on PC via Steam.
Set in the dried-up seabed of the Atlantic Ocean, the game challenges players to protect a cargo train crossing a desolate wasteland filled with monsters. Players must hire mercenaries, defend stations against enemy waves, and ensure valuable cargo reaches its destination, even if the crew doesn’t survive the journey.

Combat combines tactical planning with unit merging and automated battles. Players can experiment with more than 30 unit types and over 1,500 possible combinations, creating specialized fighters or powerful combinations to counter increasingly dangerous enemies.

Between battles, Reward Cards provide perks and bonuses that help shape each run. Successful strategies depend on positioning units before departure, discovering effective combinations, and adapting to the chaos once the train gets moving.

Featuring distinctive pixel art from artist Castpixel, Australia Did It delivers a colorful take on post-apocalyptic railway defense. A free demo is available on Steam ahead of its November 10 launch.
