Lasot Interactive is gearing up to launch Rustic Defense on November 24th, bringing a strategic new spin on tower defense to Steam. Blending classic tower mechanics with roguelike and card-based elements, this hex-based fantasy strategy game challenges players to adapt, improvise, and let luck play its hand in every run.

In Rustic Defense, the battlefield shifts and evolves as you play. Build, upgrade, and experiment across procedurally generated maps while fending off swarms of enemies pouring in from four distinct biomes—each with unique resistances and tactics. From the open valleys to the unforgiving swamps, every environment demands a fresh strategy and careful tower placement.

Each run deals you a unique hand of cards that determine your upgrades and special powers, forcing you to pivot and plan on the fly. Between runs, you’ll earn experience to unlock new passive skills, hero abilities, and powerful epic cards that can completely change your approach to combat.

Key Features:
-
Classic Tower Defense Meets Roguelike Strategy: Build and upgrade towers across randomized maps while adapting to ever-changing threats.
-
15 Tower Types Across 5 Categories: Master turrets from archery and natural defenses to guns, splash, and throwing towers—each with their own elemental effects.
