MiniWhale Studio and Another Indie are set to unleash Arcane Trigger on Steam this November 13th, and it’s not your typical roguelite. Dubbed a “bullet-building” game, this explosive twist on the deckbuilder formula lets players craft their own ammunition—literally. Every shot you fire is one you’ve built, customized, and supercharged to fit your playstyle.

Forget cards—here, it’s all about bullets. You’ll forge over 220 unique projectiles across elemental magic schools like fire, ice, wind, and thunder. Then, reshape their power using more than 150 magical seals to unlock devastating synergies. The result? A chaotic mix of strategy and spectacle that keeps you saying, “just one more run” long after midnight.

In Arcane Trigger, you step into the robes of a mage defending their world from interdimensional invaders. Choose between three distinct characters, each with their own magical flair, and fight through 15 escalating waves of enemies. Whether you’re merging bullets to create epic new versions, fine-tuning your build through permanent meta-progression, or experimenting with millions of possible loadouts, every run feels fresh and unpredictable.

    Key Highlights:

    • 220+ bullets to forge across elemental magic types.

    • 150+ magical seals to enhance and evolve bullet behavior.

    • Triple Merge System: combine bullets for upgraded effects.

    • Three playable characters, each with unique magic specialties.

    • Dual progression: grow stronger during runs and through long-term upgrades.

    • Over 2 million possible combinations for endless replayability.

    • Gorgeous pixel art and eye-popping magical effects.

    • Fast, accessible roguelite gameplay that’s easy to learn but dangerously hard to quit.
