Nomori is an adventure puzzle game that puts players in control of time and space as they explore a colorful fantasy world filled with eccentric spirits and unusual environments.
Players take on the role of Kiko, who sets out across a series of mysterious islands where the laws of reality can be manipulated. Rotating portals can create new paths through the environment, while time-control abilities open up additional ways to approach each puzzle.
Inspired by the impossible architecture of M.C. Escher, Nomori encourages players to look at its world from different perspectives. What appears to be an obstacle from one angle can become a shortcut from another, with portals, perspective shifts, and time manipulation working together to open new routes forward.
As Kiko grows closer to the spirits she encounters, she begins to see beyond the limits of ordinary reality. Along the way, players will meet a colorful cast of characters while uncovering a heartfelt story inspired by Japanese folklore.
The adventure takes place across a soothing, vividly rendered world designed to balance its more challenging puzzles with a relaxed atmosphere. Players can expect approximately 7–10 hours of brain-teasing exploration as they work their way through Nomori’s islands.
