Blink Industries—the production company behind Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared—has teamed up with art director Frederikke Frydenlund and developer Uwu Biz (known for Gang Beasts and PVKK: Planetenverteidigungskanonenkommandant) to announce the release date for their charming hand-drawn hidden-object game, Nippets. The game launches on PC via Steam on April 7.
After gaining early attention on itch.io with more than 100,000 downloads, Nippets is now preparing for its full release with an expanded experience.

In Nippets, players explore hand-drawn 2D maps while searching for lost items and solving small environmental puzzles. The world is designed to be interactive and playful—shake trees, scare birds off lamp posts, honk a garbage truck’s horn, or peek through windows to uncover hidden surprises.

Each map features multiple explorable spaces, with puzzles that unlock additional areas and reveal small stories woven throughout the environment. Some of these stories even continue across different seasons, encouraging players to keep exploring to see how things change over time.
