Developer Chudo-Yudo Games and publisher Targem Games have released Machine Mind, a post-apocalyptic action game that blends survival mechanics with real-time strategy elements, now available on PC via Steam.

Set in a world devastated by a viral outbreak and the nuclear war that followed, Machine Mind drops players into a harsh wasteland where the remnants of humanity struggle to survive. While a fortunate few escaped the destruction by fleeing to an orbital station, those left behind now live among ruins, lawless raiders, and the lingering aftermath of global catastrophe.

Players take on the role of a consciousness preserved inside an experimental mind module after a catastrophic spaceship crash. Trapped within a metal shell, survival depends on ingenuity and engineering. Using rovers and improvised machines, players must explore the wasteland, gather resources, and slowly rebuild the infrastructure needed to reach out to the survivors in orbit.

The game centers on scavenging parts and assembling machines that can gather materials, defend territory, and expand operations. As your base grows, automation becomes a key part of survival, allowing machines to construct new systems, harvest resources, and protect the settlement from hostile forces.

However, the wasteland is far from empty. Ruthless raiders roam the land, threatening everything you build. Players will need to balance exploration, resource management, and combat while piecing together the truth behind the mysterious virus and the chain of events that brought the world to ruin.
