Singular Sunshine Studios and Thousand Generation have officially launched Conquest Tactics: Realm of Sin into Full Access on Steam today, bringing a dark medieval fantasy twist to the roguelite tactics genre. To celebrate the release, the game is available with a 10% launch discount, inviting strategy fans to dive into a world where every decision—on and off the battlefield—can completely reshape a run.

The full release expands on its core promise: a turn-based tactics experience where adaptability is key, no two playthroughs are ever the same, and the systems are as strange as they are deep.

At its heart, Conquest Tactics blends traditional hex-based combat with roguelite progression. Players lead their forces across hostile territories, constantly adjusting strategies as new challenges emerge. Every move matters, not just tactically, but politically and morally as well. The game’s Sins & Virtues system rewards—or punishes—player choices, directly influencing army strength, abilities, and long-term progression.

One of the game’s most unusual and talked-about mechanics is its open-ended marriage system. In Realm of Sin, alliances are power—and you can marry just about anyone. Princes, tycoons, goblins, ghosts, and even rocks are all valid options. Your chosen partner isn’t just for flavor either; marriage choices have a direct impact on your army’s direction, bonuses, and playstyle. Prefer to shut down an NPC’s advances instead? That’s a valid choice too, with its own consequences.

Combat is built around a hexagonal rotation system, where units can be rotated to activate different effects on each side, adding an extra layer of tactical planning to every encounter. Meanwhile, a day/night power system ensures constant pressure—each action advances time, raises the Threat Level, and escalates the danger, forcing players to think several moves ahead.

“We wanted to create a tactics game that blends serious strategy with hilarious decisions, giving it a truly standout identity in the genre,” said Yah, Producer at Singular Sunshine Studios. “Conquest Tactics: Realm of Sin pushes players to think several moves ahead—not just on the battlefield, but in the alliances they choose to make—and of course, most importantly, have a lot of fun along the way.”
