After six years of solo development, Holonoptic has officially launched for PC via Steam. Developed entirely by Kevin Bloch, who wrote, programmed, and illustrated every aspect of the game, Holonoptic combines a deep economic simulation with party-based RPG mechanics and a narrative shaped by player choice.
