SKINFACE is a gruesome horror-thriller that puts players behind the face—or lack thereof—of a mysterious hitman with one particularly disturbing problem: how do you gain the trust of your next target when you don’t have a face of your own?
The solution is as horrifying as you might expect. Players must stalk strangers, steal their facial features, and piece them together into a grotesque skinmask designed to convince the target that you’re someone they can trust. Once the disguise is convincing enough, it’s time to knock on the door and infiltrate the target’s apartment.

Getting inside is only the beginning. SKINFACE blends stealth and exploration as players navigate brutalist, Soviet-era environments while attempting to avoid police patrols and discover potential victims hiding throughout the world.

The game’s unsettling premise gradually gives way to an increasingly surreal descent into violence. Players can mix and match facial features to create different disguises, while also decorating their own disturbing flesh-based canvas. Finding the right combination of features becomes part of the game’s twisted progression.

Developed by the creators of No Players Online, SKINFACE aims to deliver a short but intense horror experience filled with grotesque imagery, stealth, exploration, and psychological unease.

The main story is expected to take around two to three hours to complete, with additional content available for players determined to uncover everything hidden within its nightmarish world.
