Developer The Tea Division has unveiled a brand-new story trailer for GRAFT during the Convergence Games Showcase 2026, giving players their first glimpse into the narrative behind its unsettling survival horror RPG. Developed by the creators of the acclaimed Shadowrun Trilogy, the game combines survival horror, RPG progression, and body-altering abilities aboard a dying megastructure known as the Arc.

The new trailer introduces players to the game’s disturbing atmosphere through cryptic visions, mysterious voices, and the horrifying realization that the protagonist’s own body may become their greatest weapon. It also showcases additional gameplay footage, highlighting the dangers that await throughout the sprawling and decaying station.

Set within the labyrinthine corridors of the Arc, players will explore a world filled with forgotten technology, massive chasms, self-replicating structures, and eerie techno-catacombs. Survival depends on uncovering powerful artifacts while navigating a hostile environment where every discovery could bring both opportunity and danger.

Beyond its horror elements, GRAFT features a narrative-driven RPG experience where players encounter other survivors and forge fragile alliances. Every relationship carries risk, as trust is never guaranteed in a world where desperation can quickly turn allies into enemies. Player decisions will shape both the story and the fate of the characters encountered along the journey.

Combat focuses on tense resource management against terrifying enemies, including mutated experiments, grotesque creatures, and relentless agents controlled by a rogue artificial intelligence. Choosing when to fight and when to conserve supplies will be essential for surviving the horrors lurking throughout the Arc.

One of the game’s defining mechanics is its body transformation system. Players can harvest powerful Grafts from defeated enemies or hidden locations, permanently enhancing their abilities and creating unique character builds. However, each new Graft also alters the protagonist’s mind, introducing unfamiliar memories, disturbing desires, and difficult moral choices that influence both the character’s identity and the unfolding story.

GRAFT is currently available to wishlist on both Steam and the Epic Games Store, with additional details expected as development continues.
