The Women-Led Games Showcase is returning this summer to spotlight projects developed by women-led and majority-women teams across the gaming industry. The showcase will air on June 4 as part of the lead-up to Summer Game Fest, bringing new trailers, announcements, and updates for several highly anticipated titles.
This year’s presentation will be hosted by Briana White, known for her role as Aerith in Final Fantasy VII Remake and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. She will be joined by co-hosts Rebecca Ford, Creative Director on Warframe, and Megan Everett, Community Director at Digital Extremes.
The showcase will feature updates and announcements for several upcoming games, including Soulframe, We Were Here Tomorrow, and Come to My Party. The broadcast will also highlight projects from PikPok, along with additional titles from women-led studios.
Viewers can expect five world premiere announcements and four release date reveals during the presentation.
