Silver Lining Interactive, Fat Alien Cat, and Nomo Studio have officially unveiled Momento, a cozy, narrative-driven experience that blends room decoration with life-spanning storytelling. The game is set to launch later in 2026 across PC, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PlayStation 5, with both digital and physical editions planned.
At its core, Momento is about shaping a life through the objects you choose to keep. Players will design and decorate personal spaces, selecting meaningful items that gradually influence the story as it unfolds from childhood into adulthood. Each object placed on the shelf carries emotional weight, weaving together themes of love, loss, and the quiet significance of everyday moments.

The experience leans heavily into player expression. From arranging furniture and interacting with pets to adjusting lighting and uncovering hidden details, every room evolves based on your choices. These decisions don’t just affect aesthetics—they ripple through the narrative, opening up new story paths and revealing deeper layers over time.

Following a strong showing during Steam’s February Next Fest, where the demo earned praise for its atmosphere and heartfelt storytelling, anticipation for Momento has continued to grow ahead of its full release.

In addition to its digital launch, Momento will receive physical editions in select regions, appealing to collectors who prefer a tangible addition to their library. Pricing is set at $29.99 for PlayStation 5 and $34.99 for both Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 versions.

With its mix of creative freedom and reflective storytelling, Momento is shaping up to be a standout for players looking for a more relaxed, emotionally driven experience later this year.
