    Publisher Mayor Games, in partnership with indie.io, has released Elemental Brawl on Steam, delivering a fast-paced multiplayer brawler designed for both online and couch play. With a colorful cast of cartoon-styled characters and constantly shifting rulesets, the game blends platforming, elemental mechanics, and party-style minigames into a highly reactive competitive experience.

    Six Elements, Endless Combinations

    At the core of Elemental Brawl are six elemental forces that spawn dynamically across each arena. Each element has a distinct function:

    • Water creates slippery puddles that reduce movement control

    • Fire burns through environments and deals increased damage

    • Earth generates dirt globs used for shields or obstacles

    Victory doesn’t come from using elements in isolation, but from mixing them together. Fire and water produce steam that can damage players or launch objects across the map, while earth and water combine into mud that traps opponents in place. These interactions reward creativity and quick thinking, with matches often turning on a single clever combo.

    Minigames and Shifting Alliances

    Matches are punctuated by randomly selected team-based minigames, ranging from objective-focused modes like statue destruction and payload escorts to scavenger-style challenges in ever-changing arenas. Teams are reshuffled between rounds, meaning allies can quickly become rivals, and underdog players can surge ahead through cooperation and timing.
