The season of giving is here, and Games For Love is kicking it off with a heartwarming initiative designed to bring joy and hope to children in hospitals around the world. The charity’s Winter For Love campaign unites gamers, streamers, developers, and industry partners through a series of charity-driven events, including the Winter For Love streaming marathon, the Giving Tuesday Itch.io Bundle, and The Game Gala taking place during The Game Awards week.
Winter For Love: Gaming for Good
Running from November through January, Winter For Love brings together more than 100 content creators for a months-long streaming marathon. Expect giveaways, sponsor activations, and creative community challenges—all focused on raising funds for children’s hospital programs like Play Therapy and Distraction Therapy.
As part of the celebration, creators will also take part in ThankFest, a special event where streamers recognize and surprise one another live on air with gifts and shoutouts, all leading up to a youth-voted mini award show spotlighting community favorites.

Giving Tuesday Itch.io Bundle – December 2
Gamers can make a difference this Giving Tuesday with Games For Love’s Itch.io bundle, featuring over 100 indie titles donated by developers. Every purchase goes directly toward helping children through therapeutic play programs across the globe. The bundle originally debuted for World Mental Health Day, but this expanded edition aims to make an even bigger impact during the world’s largest day of charitable giving.
The Game Gala – December 10–11 | US Bank Tower, Los Angeles
In partnership with Xsolla, Games For Love is taking over the iconic US Bank Tower during The Game Awards week for The G ame Gala—a two-day celebration mixing charity, gaming, and community. The event includes:

A VIP Streamers Masquerade Ball, hosted by ChicoAlphaWolf, where top streamers gather for a red-carpet evening celebrating community and giving.

Creators who raise $2,500 for charity will earn a Golden Ticket to attend the exclusive gala.
