Ultimo Disco’s upcoming co-op party game Sheepherds! is giving players more time to join the fun—its August playtest has been extended until August 25th. The extension follows the game’s recent appearances in the Wholesome Games Celebration and Tiny Teams showcases, and it arrives with some fresh content, including two new maps and a brand-new feature called Transhumance.

If you love the teamwork-driven antics of Overcooked or PlateUp! but want something lighter and more relaxed, Sheepherds! is right up your alley. This cozy, family-friendly co-op has you take on the role of a mischievous sheepdog, herding flocks of sheep while collecting colorful wool across charming, puzzle-like maps.

The August playtest has already drawn in more than 5,000 eager players, and with the update, there’s even more to explore. Players now have access to 12 unique maps, 15 playable dog breeds, and several quirky mechanics that keep gameplay fresh—like herding sheep through tidal currents or using glowing flowers to reflect colors onto their wool. The newly added Transhumance mode changes things up by shifting the perspective: players must guide their sheep along fixed forward paths, keeping the flock moving while avoiding trouble.
