    At PAX East 2025, we caught up with Elaine Gómez—President of Latinx in Gaming, a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting Latine voices across the games industry. With a background in both AAA and indie development, and experience teaching game design at Rutgers University, Elaine brings a powerful perspective on representation, creativity, and community.
