Studio Seufz and AMC Games Unveil Lucky Tower Ultimate, Coming to Early Access on Steam in August 2024

The indie game studio behind the hit game *The Longing*, Studio Seufz, in collaboration with publisher AMC Games, has announced that their new slapstick roguelite adventure, *Lucky Tower Ultimate*, will be available in Early Access on Steam this August.

In the latest Early Access trailer, viewers get a glimpse into the chaotic world of *Lucky Tower Ultimate* through the eyes of its proud master, the villain Evelius. Each door in the tower opens to a randomly generated room filled with traps, fancy hats, monsters, swarms of bees, potential companions, and more. The trailer pans out to reveal a nightmarish landscape of towers, with the knight’s appearance changing with every death, hinting at the larger scheme of Evelius’s plans.

“Thanks to its randomly generated nature, Lucky Tower Ultimate is a game that even surprises me, its developer, with the different absurd situations it throws my way each time I play,” said Anselm Pyta, co-designer and lead artist of the Lucky Tower series. “This also makes it a perfect fit for Early Access, where input from the community helps us to add in even more content so it will continue to surprise forever.” Lucky Tower Ultimate is expected to remain in Early Access for a year or less.

Lucky Tower Ultimate marks the first premium entry in the beloved Lucky Tower series. This game builds on the goofy humor, quirky characters, and deadly challenges that fans have adored since the Flash game era. Sticking to its roots, the game continues to challenge players with three mysterious doors on each floor, promising hilarious and often deadly surprises behind each one.
