This is been making the rounds on a lot of blogs and portals so we had to join in and share this radical awesomeness. IF you’re not familiar, GoldenEye 007 is a first-person shooter video game developed by Rare exclusively for the Nintendo 64 gaming system. Released in 1997, The game was based on the 1995 James Bond film GoldenEye which starred Pierce Brosnan as his first appearance as James Bond. In the game you played as 007 and went up against several enemies and levels in an attempt to thwart a plan by an evil syndicate to use a weaponized satellite against the city of London.
…literally (and figuratively) changed the game.
For some of us Goldeneye changed the way we played first-person shooters. Not only was the campaign an amazing play through, the multiplayer system blew everything away and literally (and figuratively) changed the game. Allowing two, three, and four players to battle via split screen, it provided hours upon hours of fun and competition.
…aims to provide a faithful recreation of the classic N64 title
