<p class="p2">At its core, <span class="s1"><b>Tomb of the Bloodletter</b></span> is a roguelike built entirely around typing. Instead of optimizing stat builds or chasing perfect gear, combat revolves around spelling the <i>right</i> word at the <i>right</i> moment. Each dungeon floor assigns powerful Magicks directly to individual letters, and every letter follows its own strange rules. One might deal extra damage when placed at the end of a word, another could restore health, while others punish specific patterns or combinations. Victory depends not just on what you type, but how you construct each word.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-40058" src="https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_02.jpg" alt="Tomb of the Bloodletter screenshot 2" width="1920" height="1080" srcset="https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_02.jpg 1920w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_02-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_02-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_02-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_02-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_02-150x84.jpg 150w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_02-450x253.jpg 450w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_02-1200x675.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px" /></p>
<p class="p2">Runs are tightly paced and deliberately focused, typically lasting around <span class="s1"><b>30 minutes</b></span> and ending in either triumph or total failure. While the structure will feel familiar to roguelike fans, the moment-to-moment gameplay is more puzzle-like. Players always have access to their full keyboard, with Magicks altering how letters behave rather than restricting word choice. You don’t need an encyclopedic vocabulary—success comes from smart sequencing, tactical thinking, and knowing when to trigger volatile letter interactions.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-40059" src="https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_03.jpg" alt="Tomb of the Bloodletter screenshot 3" width="1920" height="1080" srcset="https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_03.jpg 1920w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_03-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_03-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_03-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_03-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_03-150x84.jpg 150w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_03-450x253.jpg 450w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_03-1200x675.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px" /></p>
<p class="p2">Each descent into the tomb places players in the role of one of <span class="s1"><b>four doomed grave robbers</b></span>, each with their own quirks and abilities that subtly bend the rules of combat. The dungeon itself constantly shifts, forcing players to adapt as new threats emerge. Along the way, you’ll face cursed beasts, deceitful specters, and other unsettling entities, all designed with unique mechanics that demand careful planning and precise wordplay.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-40060" src="https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_04.jpg" alt="Tomb of the Bloodletter screenshot 4" width="1920" height="1080" srcset="https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_04.jpg 1920w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_04-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_04-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_04-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_04-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_04-150x84.jpg 150w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_04-450x253.jpg 450w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_04-1200x675.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px" /></p>
<p class="p2">As runs progress, new Magicks are acquired whether you want them or not, slowly turning your keyboard into an unstable and unpredictable weapon. The result is a constant push and pull between power and chaos, where every additional letter can be both a blessing and a curse.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-40061" src="https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_05.jpg" alt="Tomb of the Bloodletter screenshot 5" width="1920" height="1080" srcset="https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_05.jpg 1920w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_05-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_05-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_05-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_05-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_05-150x84.jpg 150w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_05-450x253.jpg 450w, https://www.yogomi.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TOMB-screenshot_05-1200x675.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px" /></p>
<p class="p2">Players don’t have to wait until launch to step into the tomb. A <span class="s1"><b>playable demo is available now on Steam</b></span>, featuring the first two grave robbers and offering an early look at how this clever typing-focused roguelike plays.</p>
