At its core, Rightfully, Beary Arms is all about fast-paced, chaotic action wrapped in a colorful and absurd sci-fi universe. Players step into the paws of Beary, the galaxy’s cutest yet most lethal teddy bear, blasting through waves of bizarre enemies in classic roguelite fashion. Live, die, repeat — but each run brings new twists, upgrades, and surprises.

The 1.0 launch adds a hefty dose of new content, including expanded story moments, fresh weapons, new outfits, and a challenging final boss that unlocks the game’s true ending. It’s a meaningful evolution from earlier versions, giving longtime players more reasons to dive back in while offering newcomers a fully realized experience.

Combat throws Beary against a rogues’ gallery of imaginative foes like Boo Bees and Battery Boys, with encounters becoming increasingly intense the deeper you go. Weapons can be dramatically altered using powerful modifiers, turning Catling Guns and FoamBalls into over-the-top tools of destruction. At the end of each stage, players choose from a set of loot drops that are partially influenced by their decisions — though not every bonus works in Beary’s favor, sometimes empowering enemies instead.

Between runs, Rightfully, Beary Arms leans into its charm and personality. Players can hang out with Beary’s foxy friend Paul Stapleton (yes, literally a fox), pick up useful tips, unlock stylish outfits, and uncover bits of lore. All of this is backed by a retro chiptune soundtrack that fits the game’s energetic, arcade-inspired vibe perfectly.
