Set in a nightmarish world plagued by flesh-hungry infected creatures, players must navigate a landscape shaped by horrific experiments and dark occult forces. The adventure begins in the eerie Rotwood Forest and a corrupted nearby town before escalating into a terrifying journey through the mansion-laboratory of the game’s primary antagonist, Victor Ripper.

The game is the latest project from California-based developer Michael Cosio, whose previous horror releases include Massacre at the Mirage, Terror at Oakheart, and Suffer the Night. Drawing inspiration from classic PlayStation-era survival horror games, Flesh Made Fear combines fixed-camera tension, puzzle-solving, resource management, and modernized controls to create an experience that feels both nostalgic and contemporary.

Players are tasked with infiltrating and dismantling Victor Ripper’s operation while uncovering the disturbing truth behind his experiments. As the story unfolds, the challenges become increasingly deadly, culminating in a final confrontation where careful resource management and player choices determine survival.

One of the game’s standout features is its replayability. Players can choose between two distinct playable characters, each with unique stats, inventories, and storylines that offer different perspectives on the unfolding horror. Combined with branching narratives, hidden secrets, and multiple surprises, the game encourages multiple playthroughs.

Indie developer Zoroarts and publisher Assemble Entertainment have announced CAAAHR, a voice-controlled co-op driving game set to launch on Steam for PC this Summer 2026.

Created by solo developer Mateo Covic, the game builds on the chaotic energy that made last year’s Paddle, Paddle, Paddle a breakout co-op hit. Inspired by the constant yelling and frantic communication that players experienced while rowing their way through disaster, CAAAHR takes things a step further by making voice control the core gameplay mechanic.

In CAAAHR, two players must work together to navigate dangerous tracks and reach the finish line. One player controls acceleration using their voice, with louder shouting translating directly into more speed. Meanwhile, the second player handles steering and can trigger abilities such as jumps and boosts through short vocal sounds and commands. The result is a frantic mix of teamwork, communication, and complete chaos.

The game supports both local and online co-op play, allowing friends to team up regardless of location. For those who prefer to tackle the challenge alone, a single-player mode is also included. Players will race through a variety of tracks while competing against others on global online leaderboards.

Beyond its party game appeal, CAAAHR also includes features aimed at speedrunning enthusiasts. An in-game timer tracks performance, while optional shortcuts offer opportunities to optimize routes and shave precious seconds off completion times. The game also includes fully customizable key rebinding options to accommodate different playstyles.

With its unique voice-powered mechanics and emphasis on hilarious co-op moments, CAAAHR looks poised to become one of the most memorable multiplayer releases of the summer. Just be prepared to lose your voice—and possibly a few friendships—along the way.
