Go North returned with a brand-new gameplay trailer during the Six One Indie Showcase, offering players another look at its serene world ahead of its Q3 2026 launch on PC and Xbox Series X|S. A Nintendo Switch version is also planned for a later release.
Developed by Nigerian solo developer gazuntype, Go North is an atmospheric exploration adventure centered around wandering through intricate maze-like environments where every path ultimately leads in one direction: north.

Players step into the role of Dara, navigating sprawling landscapes filled with hidden relics, mystical technologies, and tranquil scenery. The latest gameplay footage highlights the game’s relaxing pace and dreamlike traversal mechanics, encouraging players to slow down and take in the journey rather than rush toward the destination.

Throughout the adventure, players will unlock unique tools and abilities designed to help traverse the winding environments. Dara can soar above the landscape inside a floating bubble to scout the terrain from the sky, race through open stretches on a moth-shaped hoverboard, and interact with magical systems hidden throughout the world.

With its calming atmosphere, soft visual style, and emphasis on discovery, Go North looks to deliver a meditative exploration experience focused on wonder and curiosity rather than combat or survival.

The game is currently scheduled to launch in Q3 2026 on Steam for PC and Xbox Series X|S, with the Nintendo Switch version arriving at a later date.
