FURYU CORPORATION has officially unveiled ANOMALITH during the Six One Indie 2026 Showcase, confirming the new survival action title will launch on October 29, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam.
Blending third-person combat, survival horror tension, and unsettling “anomaly horror” inspirations, ANOMALITH drops players into a distorted version of Japan where mysterious “Otherworlds” and deadly creatures have begun invading reality itself. The game will launch with a Standard Edition priced at $49.99 and a Digital Deluxe Edition available for $69.99.

Set in the year 19**, ANOMALITH follows investigator Reona Minazuki, who awakens after spending ten years trapped inside a massive anomaly known as the “Sarcophagus.” Now possessing a dangerous sensitivity to the Otherworlds, Reona joins the government’s struggling Danger Zone Countermeasures Office to investigate the spreading anomalies and uncover the truth behind the warped dimensions threatening humanity.

Combat focuses on tense third-person gunplay against unpredictable enemies, with players able to finish off stunned monsters using melee attacks. The game’s environments lean heavily into psychological and liminal horror, featuring surreal locations like gravity-defying apartment complexes and endless trains that twist reality in unsettling ways. Inventory management and situational awareness also play a major role in survival.

One of ANOMALITH’s standout systems is its “Demi-Humanization System,” which allows Reona to absorb powers from anomalies and unlock a range of active and passive abilities. Players can further tailor their playstyle with a wide arsenal of weapons, attachments, artifacts, and outfit customization options.

Fashion customization appears to be another major focus, with more than 300 cosmetic items spread across nine customizable outfit categories for Reona.
Outside of combat missions, players will return to a central home base where they can interact with allies, unlock upgrades, and piece together the mystery surrounding the Otherworlds. More than 200 collectible investigation reports can also be discovered throughout the game, offering deeper lore and insight into the anomalies terrorizing the world.

ANOMALITH also brings together several notable industry talents, including scenario lead Romeo Tanaka, known for Stella of the End and Humanity Has Declined, character designer MON, and composer Yuka Kitamura, whose credits include Elden Ring, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, and Bloodborne.

Development is being handled by Winning Entertainment Group, with the game receiving a Teen rating from the ESRB.
ANOMALITH is currently available to wishlist on Steam, while PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 wishlist support begins May 22.
