Monday Syndrome is set to launch on February 9, 2026, bringing a single-player action roguelike to PC via Steam for Windows and SteamOS/Linux, with Steam Deck support included.
The game places players in the role of an intern trapped inside a seemingly endless corporate tower. To escape, you’ll climb procedurally generated floors while battling hostile coworkers and navigating a workplace that leans heavily into dark satire.

Designed with fast-paced combat in mind, Monday Syndrome features destructible environments and encourages players to craft unconventional weapons using everyday office supplies. Runs are further shaped by “Executive Orders,” special modifiers that provide powerful advantages while introducing unpredictable challenges.

Players can select a profession, earn promotions, and push deeper into the skyscraper as each attempt presents a different layout and combat scenario. The tone blends action with workplace humor, turning familiar office frustrations into the foundation for its gameplay.
Ahead of launch, the title has already surpassed 30,000 wishlists on Steam.
