Shelby Oaks follows Mia Brennan (Camille Sullivan), who returns to investigate her sister Riley’s disappearance. Riley had been part of a paranormal investigation group called the Paranormal Paranoids, but she vanished under mysterious circumstances. Years later, Mia’s search for answers uncovers something much darker than she expected.
As Mia digs in, she discovers that the legends, found‐footage materials, and the lore surrounding Shelby Oaks might be more real than people believed. The film uses the twin forces of emotional loss and supernatural fear to ratchet up dread.
