The world of ENDLESS is set to reach new creative heights—literally—as PASSION Paris, a division of the renowned animation studio PASSION PICTURES, teams up with Amplitude Studios to develop a brand-new animated series based on the beloved sci-fi strategy universe.

Announced during the Annecy International Animation Film Festival, the upcoming project is already in development and will bring the deep lore, characters, and worlds of ENDLESS to life in a new storytelling format. The team at PASSION Paris is working closely with Amplitude’s creative minds to craft a series that not only complements the games, but also invites fresh audiences into its ever-expanding galaxy.

    PASSION Meets ENDLESS

PASSION Paris has been making waves across the animation world, with standout projects like 400 Boys (directed by Love, Death + Robots veteran Robert Valley) and the imaginative preschool series Not a Box, which premieres June 13 on Apple TV+. Their approach has always emphasized story-first creativity, choosing the right visual language and talent for each unique project—something that bodes well for the complexity and stylistic flair of the ENDLESS universe.

Caroline Audebert, Managing Director and Executive Producer at PASSION Paris, shared her excitement:

“Amplitude has built a world that’s rich with lore, characters and atmosphere. We’re working closely with their team to develop a visual style and storytelling approach that captures what players already love about the series, while opening the door to new stories and audiences.”

A New Chapter for the ENDLESS Franchise

This announcement lands hot on the heels of ENDLESS Legend 2’s early access date reveal, signaling a major milestone in Amplitude’s ongoing roadmap for its ENDLESS universe. From strategy fans to lore nerds, ENDLESS has always stood out for its distinctive world-building—and this upcoming series promises to build on that, delivering new tales and deeper character stories that tie directly into the games.

Amplitude Studios CEO and co-founder Romain de Waubert de Genlis commented:

“ENDLESS is a universe we’ve been shaping with passion for years, hand in hand with our community. Seeing it take a new leap forward through this partnership with PASSION PICTURES is truly a dream come true.”

Whether you’re a longtime ENDLESS fan or just discovering the universe, this animated series could be your next favorite binge. No word yet on the release date or platform, but with both studios fully committed, expect more updates as the project unfolds.

Keep an eye on Amplitude and PASSION’s social channels for concept art, behind-the-scenes peeks, and first looks in the coming months.
