SEDAP!: A Culinary Adventure Serves Up Southeast Asian Flavors

 SEDAP!: A Culinary Adventure, a new cooperative action-adventure from Singapore-based studio kopiforge, published in partnership with Isolated Games Publishing and IndieArk. Blending the frantic fun of Overcooked and PlateUp! with light combat mechanics, SEDAP! puts a deliciously fresh spin on the co-op cooking genre.

Set on the beautifully crafted Khaya Island, the game invites players to explore a rich, Southeast Asian-inspired fantasy world—either solo or with friends—while preparing over 50 mouthwatering regional dishes. From bustling markets to lush jungles, each environment adds its own flavor to the chaos.

At launch, SEDAP! will offer:

• 42 levels spread across three unique biomes

• A huge menu of Southeast Asian recipes to discover and prepare

• Support for single-player, local co-op, and online multiplayer

• Full localization in 15 languages, including English, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Japanese, Malay, Tagalog, and more

Originally a student project, SEDAP! was born from the passion of two aspiring artists who wanted to spotlight Southeast Asian cuisine and culture through games. Now a three-person team with additional collaborators, kopiforge is bringing their heartfelt vision to life.

More Than Just a Game – It’s a Celebration

The name “SEDAP!” comes from a common Malay expression that simply means “delicious!”—and the team has infused that spirit into every pixel. In addition to the game, a full original soundtrack titled “SEDAP! A Culinary Soundtrack” will launch alongside the game on Steam for $4.99, featuring 15 tracks composed with traditional Southeast Asian instruments.
