Polaris Team, an offshoot of the award-winning indie studio Variable State, has just revealed that their upcoming PvE co-op shooter POLARIS will be featured in Steam Next Fest! Running from Monday, October 14th to Tuesday, October 22nd, this event will give players an exclusive chance to dive into POLARIS before its full release. The demo is available now on the POLARIS Steam page, and there’s an explainer trailer to help you gear up for battle!
Since the game’s reveal at IGN Live in June, Polaris Team has been hard at work refining the core gameplay mechanics and embracing a more stylized visual aesthetic. The demo at Steam Next Fest will showcase all of this, with key features like fully destructible environments, flying abilities, and intense co-op shooter action on display. Players can also provide feedback, set up multiplayer sessions, and discuss their experiences in the newly launched POLARIS Discord community.
