In Perfect Tides: Station to Station, it’s the early 2000s, and Mara has just left her quiet island hometown to chase her dreams as a writer in the big city. Through four seasonal acts and more than 60 environments, players guide Mara as she navigates friendships, romantic relationships, college classes, and the trials of her new urban life.
The game offers players freedom to either foster or strain Mara’s bonds, while balancing writing projects, academic responsibilities, and new city challenges. The narrative unfolds through branching plotlines that give players full control over Mara’s journey. Collect items, gain insights from new experiences, and transform Mara’s growth into essays that reflect her understanding—or leave her with “overwrought duds” as she grapples with each chapter of young adulthood.
