In Neo Harbor Rescue Squad, you play as the rookie paramedic of a team finally stepping out of the shadow of the city’s elite Fire Department. Your job? Respond to emergencies across Neo Harbor City, save difficult patients, and protect your squad’s reputation—all while fending off the relentless reports of nosy journalist Betty Woo.
The game features a frantic triage system that requires quick thinking as you juggle waves of patients on each emergency call. You’ll be managing multiple scenes at once, using shields to buy time for better strategies, and racing against the clock to save lives. With over 50 wild treatment minigames—from CPR and defibrillation to stopping nosebleeds—every shift promises something fresh and unpredictable.

Neo Harbor Rescue Squad draws inspiration from real-life stories of paramedics in Hong Kong. Co-founder Nancy Yeung incorporated these personal accounts into the game’s intense but over-the-top narrative, weaving in drama, rivalry, and teamwork. The city itself, Neo Harbor, is a vibrant homage to Yeung’s hometown, featuring iconic locations like dim sum shops, night markets, and even an amusement park in the midst of a typhoon.
